It was a memorable weekend for Josh Tymon as he helped England to Toulon Tournament glory.

The Three Lions took the title courtesy of a penalty shoot-out victory over Ivory Coast, after the two sides had drawn 1-1 during normal time. Tymon played just under an hour of the final, rounding off a memorable couple of weeks for the Tigers’ youngster.

Elsewhere over the weekend, Andy Robertson was just seconds away from enjoying a famous Scottish victory over England in Glasgow. Scotland came from behind to lead 2-1 with just a couple of minutes of added time remaining, but Harry Kane’s equaliser saw it finish 2-2. Goalkeeper David Marshall was an unused substitute for Scotland.

And Kamil Grosicki played the full 90 minutes for Poland as they beat Romania 3-1 thanks to a Robert Lewandowski hat-trick, strengthening their position at the top of World Cup qualifying Group E.
