Josh Tymon helped England Under-20s seal a spot on the Toulon Tournament final with a 3-0 victory over Scotland on Thursday afternoon.

An ever-present for the Young Lions in their opening four games of the competition, Tymon once again played the full 90 minutes as he and his international team-mates produced a fine performance to beat the Auld Enemy.

Three well-taken goals including a brace from Harvey Barnes and a cute finish from Elliot Embleton proved enough to stretch England’s run to five wins out of five in the 2017 edition of the famous competition in Provence.

Neil Dewsnip’s side will now look defend their title against Ivory Coast, who beat Czech Republic 2-1 in the other semi-final, on Saturday (KO 4.30pm GMT).
