What is Your Tigers Card?
Your Tigers Card (Season Card, Corporate Members’ Card, and other versions of cards issued by Hull City) does three things for you:
1. It gives you access to the KC Stadium, so make sure you keep it safe and bring it to every game.
2. It allows you to earn loyalty points - every point is worth 1p to you and will be credited to your account.
a. Tigers TeamCard loyalty points replace the previous retail discounts we gave, with Season Card and Corporate Members receiving the same value & percentage in loyalty points as they did with the previous discount scheme from Tiger Leisure stores and tigerleisure.com. Points earned on purchases from tigerleisure.com will be added in late August once our systems are fully integrated. From that point on you will receive them almost immediately upon purchase.
Make sure to have your TigersCard with you when purchasing from Tiger Leisure or tigerleisure.com.
b. You can earn extra Tigers TeamCard loyalty points when shopping online at teamcard.co.uk. By registering your Season Card at teamcard.co.uk you can not only take advantage of great offers from hundreds of our selected partners, such as EasyJet, iTunes, PLAY.com, but in doing so you will earn more valuable loyalty points that will lessen the cost of following Hull City and could give you access to ‘money can’t buy’ opportunities with the Tigers.
Later on in the year we hope to have local retailers on board with our TeamCard loyalty scheme, and you will be able to earn points shopping locally, too.
3. It's what you use in store and online to redeem your points against Tigers merchandise, Season Card purchases, selected hospitality events, ‘money can’t buy’ offers, and more. The functionality to redeem points will become live in late August, but you can start earning today.
Q. What happens when I get to the turnstiles?
A. Wait for the fan in front to pass through the turnstile. When the turnstile is clear hold your card with the barcode facing upwards under the barcode reader. (NOTE: DO NOT INSERT THE CARD – JUST HOLD IT UNDER THE SCANNER). When the green tick appears on the screen, walk through the turnstile as normal. If there is a problem with your card, the screen will tell you why and what to do about it.
Q. I have purchased a concessionary priced Season Card. Should I carry proof of age?
A. Yes. The turnstile will indicate to the staff inside that a concession is coming through. They will be able to ask for proof of age at any time.
Q. What if I lose my Season Card?
A. Contact the Ticket Office no later than the working day prior the next match. A new Season Card will be printed and waiting for you to collect at the stadium before the next match. You should bring along personal identification. The charge for replacement Season Cards is £10 for adults, and £5 for concessions.
Q. It’s the day of the match, and I can’t find my Season Card?
A. Visit the Ticket Office in person as soon as you can, and bring personal identification with you. Your card will firstly be checked to see if it has been used, suspended for that match, and you will be issued with a match ticket. We will do this for you for up to three matches per season, but reserve the right to decline entry and charge for a replacement Season Card.
Q. My card is faulty what do I do?
A. Please speak to the nearest steward who will be able to assist you or alternatively visit the box office.
Q. Will cup tickets I purchase be loaded onto my Season Ticket card?
A. Not to begin with, but we intend to give you the facility to load cup games onto your card at some point in the future.
Q. Will I be able to gain re-admittance on my Season Ticket card?
A. No. Once you are inside the stadium you will not be able to gain re-admittance.
Q. How do I redeem points?
A. From late August you will be able to use your card in store and online to redeem your points against Tigers merchandise, Season Card purchases, selected hospitality events, ‘money can’t buy’ offers, and more. You can redeem points online or in store. Visit tigerleisure.com to view our merchandise.
Q. I have problems logging on to/registering with tigerleisure.com.
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be pleased to help you.
Q. Further queries about your card?
A. For ticketing issues, please call the Ticket Office on 01482 505 600 between 9am & 5pm Monday – Friday and 9am – noon on Saturdays.
For Tiger Leisure and tigerleisure.com issues, please email email@example.com.
