08 May 2018
The Tigers' Player of the Year Awards evening took place on Tuesday night at the KCOM Stadium, where five awards were handed out to various players.

Jarrod Bowen was recognised for his sparkling campaign with two accolades, as the young winger picked up the Players’ Player of the Year and Supporters’ Player of the Year gongs after scoring an impressive 15 goals in 44 games in all competitions for the Tigers this season.

Elsewhere, Kamil Grosicki was presented with the Goal of the Season award after his superb strike against Sheffield United at Bramall Lane in November last year was selected as the best by Tigers’ fans.

It also proved to be a memorable night for goalkeepers as the Player of the Year award – selected by Head Coach Nigel Adkins – went to Allan McGregor, with┬áthe Scot’s fellow custodian Charlie Andrew named Academy Player of the Year.
