Lucy first came to work for the Academy in December 2017 as a part-time Physiotherapist following qualification from York St John University in May 2017. Since January 2020, she has been working as a full-time Academy Physiotherapist and is currently responsible for injury assessment and management, for the U9s-U16s players. Lucy holds a registration to the HCPC and is an accredited member of the CSP. Lucy is also a qualified Pilates instructor.
