The session forms a key part of our Half Term @ Hull City week of events and is free to attend for all supporters. The morning is set to give fans an insight into the kind of work the players do on a daily basis, and how Head Coach McCann and his staff structure their sessions, and it’s also an opportunity to take a look at some of the early preparation work for next weekend’s trip to Fulham.
As well as the training drills on the pitch, there’ll be plenty of family-friendly fun on offer, too, with face-painting, freestyle footballers, selfie opportunities with our mascots Roary and Amber, balloon artists and a mini kit display provided by @HullCityKits, who curated the Tiger Rags exhibition for Hull 2017’s Creative Communities Programme. Food kiosks on the West Stand concourse will also be open.
And, at the end of the training session, fans will have the opportunity to meet the players and staff, who will also sign autographs and pose for photographs to make it an extra special morning to remember, all forming part of a week that our Head Coach is really looking forward to.
“We’re gearing up for an exciting week of events that myself, the players and all of the staff are looking forward to,” said McCann. “Connecting the players and the Club with the community around us is something that is very important to me and we hope that as many of you as possible will be able to join us for one or more of the events that we have planned.”
This event is already proving popular, so booking in advance is essential. You can book online via our Official Website or call 01482 358418. Limited parking will be available on the South Stand car park on a first come, first served basis.
The open training session at the KCOM takes place after the Tigers’ Sky Bet Championship home game against Derby County, for which supporters can take advantage of half-price tickets. Click here for further details.
