24-year-old Kane has joined on a season-long deal with the move completed earlier today.
Kane has been on Chelsea’s books since the age of eight and has previously enjoyed a number of loan spells away from Stamford Bridge, including time spent with Blackburn Rovers, Nottingham Forest and most recently Oxford United.
Speaking after joining the Tigers, Kane said: “I feel privileged to have been given this opportunity at a great club.
“I can’t wait to get playing after speaking to the Head Coach here. He’s told me that this is a young, energetic group of players and I’m looking forward to working in this environment.”
Although yet to feature for Chelsea’s first team, Kane has more than 120 appearances in senior football to his name and has represented England at U19 level.
