Hull City are looking to work with local schools and grassroots clubs to get as many youngsters behind the Tigers as possible, and to get involved in the matchday experience.
Putting children at the heart of the action and close to their heroes on the KCOM Stadium turf, we’re delighted to be able to offer the chance to take part in the following FREE activities for the remainder of the current season:
Guard of Honour (Ages eight to 16)
Children proudly form a guard of honour to welcome the two teams as they take to the field ahead of kick-off. Waving large Hull City flags, this is a great opportunity to greet the Tigers as they emerge from the tunnel.
Half Time Relay (Ages eight to 16)
Take part in our increasingly popular half time relay race around all four sides of the KCOM Stadium before finishing with the chance to take on Roary and score in front of the South Stand as the crowd cheer you on.
Both of the above experiences include match tickets for two adults and up to 14 children (additional tickets can be purchased at normal prices).
Elloughton U14s Girls formed the Guard of Honour at our home game against Derby County earlier this season and their coach, Caroline Skelton, says it was a day to remember.
“The girls loved the excitement of being able to walk through areas of the stadium that the public don’t get to see on the day of a game, and it was thrilling for them to see Grant McCann and his players up close. We really felt a part of the action as we lined up on the pitch and waved the flags as the players walked through. Thank you for a fantastic opportunity.”
To apply for your school or club to take part, click here and complete the application form*. We’ll then select schools/clubs at random to join us at each home game before the end of the season.
We hope to welcome you to the KCOM Stadium soon!
