Hull City forward Keane Lewis-Potter says he is happy with Hull City’s impressive start to the season.
The Academy product scored three goals during September as the Tigers picked up three wins from three in League One.
“It’s been a great start from all of us,” he said. “Every game, we have our aims going into it and I think we’ve done well so far this season.
“It was great for me personally to get off the mark so quickly against Gillingham. As soon as you get on the scoresheet, especially that quickly, it gives you confidence for the rest of the game and the rest of the season.
“Once you find the back of the net, you feel you’re getting more chances and I hope that there’s more goals to come from me.
“In training, I try to work on all types of finishing. It’s been good for me to get a couple of headed goals considering my size. I think sometimes people underestimate my heading ability but it’s one of my favourite types of finishes!
“I think I’ve coped with the physicality of League One quite well. I think last season I maybe found it a bit tougher coming into the Championship but this season I feel good and I’m looking forward to it.”
