Jacob Greaves is confident that Hull City will soon get back on the winning trail.
The Tigers are without a win in two league games, but the 20-year-old is positive that the good form and goals will return as Grant McCann’s side get stuck into the second half of the Sky Bet League One season.
“We’re doing the same things now that we were doing at the start of the season and we know that we have the quality in the attacking third of the field to score lots of goals,” said Greaves. “We’ve been really dangerous from set-pieces but haven’t scored from one since the Portsmouth game.
“If we can start winning the first ball more in the opposition box, and have things drop our way a little more because we haven’t really had the rub of the green in the last couple of games, then I’m sure we will be fine.
“Every team has their own way of playing and their own style. I do feel that we have the best squad of players in this league and on our day we’re one of the best teams, so if we can keep working hard I’m sure the results will start coming again.”
