Tiger Leisure Exchanges & Refunds

Any customers wanting to request an exchange or refund for items bought through Tiger Leisure over the festive period are advised that we have extended the cut-off date for doing so to Sunday 17th January.

Exchanges
Customers should post their items back to us at the following address: Tiger Leisure, KCOM Stadium, West Park, Hull, HU3 6HU.

Please include the returns form that came with your order or, if the purchase was made in store, please include a note that clearly states what you require to be replaced as well as the colour and size of the item you require (if applicable). Replacement items will be posted out to you.

Refunds
Customers should post their items back to us at the following address: Tiger Leisure, KCOM Stadium, West Park, Hull, HU3 6HU.

Please include the returns form that came with your order or, if the purchase was made in store, please include a note stating that you wish to claim a refund. If goods were bought using points on your Membership Card, please give your card number (long number above the barcode) or if bought in store using credit/debit card please include a contact telephone number so we can call to process refund.

If you are unable to post items back to us due to the current national restrictions in place, please email us by no later than Sunday 17th January to state your intention to request an exchange or refund. Emails should be sent to aimie.rooke@hulltigers.com
