Regan Slater, Dan Crowley and Gavin Whyte have returned to their parent clubs following the end of their loan spells.
Slater arrived on a season-long loan from boyhood club Sheffield United in September and played an important role in the promotion run-in, starting eight of the Tigers’ final nine league games.
The central midfielder made 34 appearances in total across all competitions and scored his only goal for the club in a 3-1 victory at Bristol Rovers in October.
Attacking midfielder Crowley and winger Whyte moved to the KCOM Stadium in January from Birmingham City and Cardiff City respectively.
Crowley appeared on 23 occasions, with his most significant contribution coming against Fleetwood Town when he provided the assist for Keane Lewis-Potter’s winning goal in a vital 2-1 victory.
Whyte played 20 times, notching a match-winning brace against Bristol Rovers, as well as goals in 3-0 home wins over Accrington Stanley and Northampton Town.
The club would like to thank all three players for their efforts during the Tigers’ historic title-winning season and wish them well in their future careers.
