A late decision will once again be made on the fitness of Kevin Stewart after the midfielder missed the opening two matches of the season, with no unnecessary risks to be taken at this stage.
David Marshall, Evandro, Will Keane, Ryan Mason and Moses Odubajo are all still missing.
Having named the same starting eleven for the games against Aston Villa and Burton Albion, Slutsky was coy when asked whether he would do so for a third successive game.
“It is possible there might be some rotation, but everybody who has prepared for this match has a chance for the starting eleven,” he said.
Wolves boss Nuno Espirito Santo is another who has the option of naming the same starting line-up for a third successive league game and will be tempted to do so having seen his men beat Middlesbrough and Derby County in their opening two matches.
Midfielder Ruben Neves, signed from FC Porto for a Championship record fee during the off-season, has started both matches so far while fellow Portuguese midfielder Ivan Cavaleiro was amongst the goals in Saturday’s win at Derby.
