How to Cancel Your Membership

Before cancelling it is important to note the following:

  • Memberships (pre-July 2019) are a monthly rolling contract and which can be cancelled at any time.
  • Members who joined on or after 1st July 2019, will have a minimum 12 full calendar month term applied to their Membership.
  • You must give two months written notice, this means that a further two months payments are required as part of your terms & conditions.
  • Please do not cancel your direct debit until your payments are up to date.

Please state the customer reference number(s) that you wish to cancel, if cancelling more than one membership, the names of each member should be clearly stated.
