Yarovinsky will work alongside Head Coach Leonid Slutsky in developing the first team playing style and match strategy.
Having previously worked with Slutsky as Sporting Director at CSKA Moscow, Yarovinsky has been in discussion with the Tigers since the summer however his move was delayed due to the work permit process which has now been completed. His duties start immediately and he will work closely with the existing first team coaching and recruitment staff.
Speaking about the appointment of 35-year-old Yarovinsky, Slutsky said: “This is really very good news for us and Oleg adds to what is a fantastic team of staff here.
“He has unbelievable experience and has spent the last four seasons working with CSKA Moscow. I hope that we can enjoy success together here.”
